Grandfather Clock

Completed in 2003 this piece allowed me to learn many new techniques including the use of flame crotch mahogany panels. Many aspects of this project, including the hood molding and the cathedral door panel, involved hand carved work. My first truly fine piece, this project includes a four coat hand rubbed lacquer finish.

Primary woods: Mahogony, Crotch Mahogony
